The Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club: Helping children get their day off to a great start
Breakfast Club is available for children aged 3 to 11 who attend our Pre School Nursery or St. Mary and St. Thomas Aquinas Primary School. If your child goes to a different local primary school and you’re interested in Breakfast Club, please contact us as we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate the needs of families in the area.
Breakfast Club opens at 7:30am and offers a nutritious breakfast along with some fun and games before the school day begins. On arrival, children are welcomed to our Social Area where the club takes places by our friendly, qualified, and experienced staff, who will prepare a healthy breakfast and provide toys and activities to help them start their day off right.
After enjoying a good breakfast and time to play, children will either head to pre-school nursery or board our mini-bus to go to school.
Breakfast Club is open from 07:30am – 9am and is £6.50 per morning, this includes transport and breakfast.

Breakfast options will include; water, milk or juice to drink.
There is fresh fruit available including; apples, bananas, satsuma’s, melon, strawberries, blueberries etc. Healthy, wholegrain cereals such as Weetabix, Shredded Wheat, Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Cornflakes etc.
Some cooked options such as porridge, toast, crumpets, bagels, scrambled eggs.

Activities
Children have access to arts and crafts, board games, construction games, card games, jigsaws, puzzles, books. They also have access to an air hockey table, pool table, and table football. If the children prefer a quieter start to their day then can watch some TV or play some games on the computer.
